tubehot respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

Repeating / hosting

tubehot does not host, store or transmit any video files. Videos are embedded via the official embed codes provided by the third-party platforms where the content is hosted (e.g. xHamster, XVideos, RedTube, PornHub). Copyright in each video belongs to its respective owner and the platform that hosts it.

Removal requests

If you believe that material indexed on tubehot infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the following information so we can remove the embed promptly:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the video page on tubehot you want removed.
• The URL of the original source (the platform where the embed is hosted).
• Your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon a valid notice we will remove the affected embed(s) from the site as required by law. Note that the original video remains available on its hosting platform, and removal requests for underlying content should be directed to that platform.
